I Feel it's True....

Dr. Sethi from Apollo Hospitals talked about the 'Anger Management' topic. Of all that he said, the one line that I like the most and that left its mark deep in my mind was this -

Anger is a reaction to a false action. Somebody is doing something wrong, but we get angry because of that. Ultimately we are punishing ourself (our body) for a wrong that is done by somebody else.
